My name is Kyle Stoflet and I’m from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and I currently live in Rocklin, California. I attended college at UW-Stout for my degree in Computer Engineering in Menomonie, Wisconsin. By day I’m a Software Engineer, and in my free time I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, a photographer, and a supermoto enthusiast.
My first motorcycle was a pocket bike when I was a teenager. The bike topped out at 30mph and it was a blast to ride when I was young, but I couldn’t ride it often since I had no way to transport it and it was not allowed on roads. Aside from this, I spent my whole childhood off of motorcycles. The next time I rode was at the age of 18. My friend had mini baja bikes and a Yamaha TTR and we’d ride those bikes on camping trips. Shortly after I caught the addiction to riding, I bought my first full size motorcycle, a Ninja 250R. I loved that bike, but quickly craved more power after riding a friends 600cc sport bike, and I traded it in for a Yamaha R1. This bike was also a blast to ride, but again I tried a friend’s bike – this time it was a Suzuki DRZ, and I never looked back to street bikes. Since then I’ve ridden a handful of supermotos and I currently ride a 2017 KTM 450EXC-F Six Days. I just recently bought a 2018 Yamaha WR450F that will be converted to a stunt bike.
The best memories I have on my motorcycles are those when I could perform complicated tricks in front of groups of people. I like entertaining people on my bike. Although I have not done this professionally in shows, I have gone to different events and practice riding days where I’ve been able to show off some of my skills!
