History has been made in Madrid, with Mitchelton Scott and Muc-Off supported rider Simon Yates taking home his first ever Grand Tour win at the Vuelta a Espana.

This victory has completed a clean sweep of the 3 Grand Tours, with all 3 won by a British rider, all of which have been supported by Muc-Off during their campaigns.

Simon Yates made history by not only taking his first Grand Tour victory, but also taking his team Mitchelton Scott to become the first Australian owned team to win a Grand Tour in the history of the sport.

Wearing the Red Jersey in Madrid, Yates becomes the 5th British rider in a row to take home a Grand Tour jersey.

We worked closely with the Mitchelton Scott team and mechanics during the Vuleta, to ensure every effort was made to keep the riders running at their best. Utilising both our Hydrodynamic lube and NTC technology, our unrivalled efficiency kept Yates ahead of the Peloton and into the final stage with a lead of 1 minute and 46 seconds.
