MY SPONGE HASN'T EXPANDED, WHAT GIVES?
Place it in a bucket of water and watch it grow. It should take around 1-2 hours to grow to its full size after being submerged in water. If after a day it still hasn't grown to its full size, please contact our Customer Service team.
We’ve vacuum packed our sponge so that it takes up less space but most importantly so that it uses less plastic. The sponge will expand once unpacked to its full size.
