About the Role
As part of Muc-Off’s aggressive strategic growth plan, we are seeking Field Representatives to support the expansion of our North American business. This role will work closely with the North American team to drive brand awareness, product placement, and sales growth across the US.
The position requires regular travel within the assigned territory and occasional travel outside the territory to support key regional and national events.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel with bicycle and powersports distributor sales representatives within key territories.
- Independently visit bicycle and powersports retailers.
- Record and report retailer visits to capture market data and insights.
- Communicate market trends, feedback, and opportunities to the Field Manager, Key Account Managers, and Marketing/Trade Marketing teams.
- Support local grassroots initiatives, retailer activations, and regional and national events.
- Clearly communicate Muc-Off product features and unique selling points to distributors, retailers, and consumers.
- Maximize customer interest and sales through effective merchandising and product presentation.
- Grow North American market share through in-store range extensions and point-of-sale (POS) placement.
- Act as a liaison between retailers and Muc-Off by addressing issues and resolving problems efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of:
- New product launches.
- Promotions.
- Trade marketing activities.
- Company news and updates.
Must-Haves
- Proven track record of delivering sales results, product placement, and/or achieving targets.
- Strong passion for the cycling and/or powersports industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt to varied situations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Calm, solution-oriented problem solver under pressure.
- Proactive team contributor with a positive, flexible, and “can-do” attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and passport.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
