Poole, UK - 25 MARCH - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Muc-Off has launched a special-edition helmet collaboration with EF Pro Cycling, set to be raced from Stage 16 of this year’s Giro d’Italia.
Created to complement the new ASSOS “Ride In Peace” collection, the limited-edition helmet design brings together elite racing performance, disruptive visual identity and a healthy dose of science-fiction energy.
Inspired by signals from beyond the ordinary, the helmet has been designed to look like it landed from somewhere faster. The result is a striking new race-day look for EF Pro Cycling as the team enters the final stages of one of cycling’s toughest Grand Tours.
Boldness has always been rewarded in cycling. Riders operate at the outer limits of human performance, and EF Pro Cycling has never been a team that blends into the bunch. So, when EF and ASSOS launched a kit inspired by signals from another world, Muc-Off knew the helmets had to carry the same energy.
The collaboration reflects Muc-Off’s long-standing commitment to challenging convention, pushing creative boundaries and partnering with teams that are not afraid to stand out in the peloton.

The collaboration also arrives following Muc-Off's recent launch of its new Dark Energy Chain Wax - a next-generation performance wax developed for riders chasing speed from places others are not even looking.
If the helmet is the signal, Dark Energy is the invisible force behind it. Engineered to unlock drivetrain performance at the outer limits, it brings the same alien-inspired thinking to the chain: less noise, more speed, and a serious dose of Muc-Off attitude.
The special-edition helmets will be raced by EF Pro Cycling from Stage 16 onwards at the Giro d’Italia, forming part of the team’s wider visual identity for the race.
