The cutting-edge molecules fill the bigger holes and tears, whilst the advanced latex forms a strong seal instantly. Our formula also contains a unique UV detection system that highlights any punctures you haven’t seen during your ride.

    Developed with the world's top downhillers and pro peloton teams, to give you the finest tyre sealant available. It's non-corrosive and easily washes off with water. Compatible with tubeless ready and full UST wheels/tyres, No Puncture Hassle Tubeless Sealant works from 15psi-80 psi and temperatures from -20°C to +50°C. Our pouch is designed to fit your Presta valve perfectly and is ideal to add to your toolkit or ride pack for emergency top-ups on the go!

    Minimum amount per tire:

    (add up to 30ml extra for increased protection)

    • 26" MTB & 27.5": 60-75ml (4 to 5 scoops)
    • Cross 700c: 60-75ml (4 to 5 scoops)
    • 29" MTB: 105ml-140ml (7 or the whole pouch)
    • Downhill: 120-140ml (8 or the whole pouch)

    *If using in extreme heat (+35°C) simply top up as needed.

  • CÓMO

    1. Remove all old rim strip or tape and clean rim.
    2. Make sure the rim is clean and dry before applying new tape.
    3. Get the tape from the packet and line it up from the opposite side of the valve.
    4. Start by unwinding a small amount of the tape and pressing it down using your thumb or finger to hold it in place.
    5. Continue to hold while you pull back on the tape and stick down tight. Once you have a few inches stuck down the tape will stay in place and holding is no longer needed.
    6. Continue the entire way around the rim (if it has a big concave in you can pull and wiggle the tape to fill any edges).
    7. Overlap the tape by roughly 3 - 4 inches.
    8. Leave a small amount unstuck so that you can cut the remainder off.
    9. Once cut stretch and pull the tape down to create a seal.
    10. Go around the rim with your thumb to make sure there is no air pockets or missed areas.
    11. Once you're happy with how it looks using a small pin locate the valve hole and cleanly pierce the tape ready for the valve.
    12. Grab your tubeless valve and remove the lock ring and o ring.
    13. Chose the right rubber base fitment for your rim shape and insert valve into rim.
    14. Refit O-ring and Lock ring making sure you lock the valve in (don’t go too tight or could damage the rubber).
    15. Re-fit your tire of choice, being careful not to damage the tape (by using tire levers etc).
    16. Inflate tire to create a fit (should hear some popping around the rim).
    17. Release Air and remove valve core using the spare valve cap.
    18. Grab the sealant pouch and give it a thorough shake.
    19. Unscrew the cap and fit on the valve in a upright position.
    20. While holding the pouch spin the wheel downward so that the pouch is now upside down.
    21. Insert the sealant by rolling the pouch down.
    22. Spin wheel back up right and remove pouch.
    23. Reinsert valve core and inflate to your chosen pressure.

    HOW MUCH SEALANT DO I NEED?

    This will depend on the size of your tires. On the back of our pouches and boxes there’s a handy guide with fill lines marked for each tire size.

    • MTB 26” & 27”: 60 to 75ML per tire(4 to 5 scoops)
    • Cross 700CC: 60 to 75ML per tire (4 to 5 scoops)
    • MTB 29”: 105 to 140ML per tire  (7 scoops or whole pouch)
    • Downhill: 120 to 140ML per tire  (8 scoops or whole pouch)

    ¿A QUÉ TEMPERATURAS FUNCIONARÁ NO PUNCTURE HASSLE?

    No Puncture Hassle funciona en un rango de temperaturas de entre -20 °C y +50 °C. 

    CAN NO PUNCTURE HASSLE BE MIXED WITH OTHER SEALANTS?

    No, siempre recomendamos eliminar cualquier sellador utilizado anteriormente antes de instalar No Puncture Hassle para obtener el mejor rendimiento de sellado y una mayor durabilidad. 

    CAN I USE NO PUNCTURE HASSLE ON NON-TUBELESS TIRES

    No, we recommend using Inner Tube Sealant instead for non-tubeless setups.

    ¿CON QUÉ FRECUENCIA DEBO REEMPLAZAR EL SELLADOR TUBELESS NO PUNCTURE HASSLE?

    No Puncture Hassle has been designed to be left inside the tire, for the life of the tire. If and when it does eventually dry out (up to 6 months in temperate climates) you simply have to top up and keep riding. The sealant forms a thin even layer inside the tire and doesn’t ball up so you don’t need to clean it out, however the water soluble formula does wash off with just water. 

    ¿CÓMO LIMPIAS LAS PINCHAZOS DE TU KIT?

    Unfortunately, it seems that all tire sealants can stain! If No Puncture Hassle sprays on your kit out on the trail, try to rinse the affected area straight away with clean water from your bottle and then wipe off as soon as possible with a damp cloth. 


    Key Tip! Try not to let the sealant dry before you can wash your kit properly at home!!


    A continuación, te recomendamos que vuelvas a enjuagar con agua limpia tan pronto como llegues a casa y que utilices un producto de prelavado (¡comprueba primero que sea compatible con el tejido!) antes de lavar tu equipo en la lavadora con un buen detergente. También puedes lavarlo a mano con un buen limpiador líquido lo antes posible. (Sigue siempre las instrucciones de lavado del fabricante).


    ¿CUÁL ES LA VIDA ÚTIL DEL SELLADOR PARA NEUMÁTICOS SIN CÁMARA NO PUNCTURE HASSLE?


    Siempre que guardes el sellador en un lugar fresco y seco, alejado de la luz solar directa y con la tapa bien cerrada, nuestro sellador no caducará. Recomendamos agitar bien la bolsa o el frasco antes de cada uso.
